FCP 10.2 is crashing, blaming a RED Plug in.
Hi All,
I am not able to update to 10.3 and I’m using 10.2 in Sierra on an existing project with Red footage that I’ve been working on since April. But FCP keeps crashing (quitting) during renders or export, blaming a RED Plug in: “REDOpenCL.dylib” plug in. I deleted all the red plugins from the system library and reinstalled Red Cine and Red Apple Workflow to get the most recent plugin and I trashed Preferences. But it is still crashing. Any suggestions? It may have started after I updated to Sierra but that could also be a coincidence. I’m at a loss to what else I can do. thanks, Oscar

Have you tried trashing the FCPX Cache for that library?
