  FCE weirdness at school campus- remote accounts?

  I’m wondering if other campuses that have remotely managed user accounts (we have one for “student”, one for “staff” for instance) are having problems in FCE or FCP? We get lots of “error: unkown file” messages and other weirdness like video frames not being refreshed in both viewer and canvas, or media suddenly going offline.
  All project files and media captures are being saved and stored locally, so I don’t know why this is happening.
