FC to AP. Which codec?
Im trying to export a 5 minute moviefrom FC so that it will be accessable in Premiere Pro. Please help? Which codec should I use?

Most of them will work, QT – DV should do it. Uncompressed will kill your RT playback speed, but that will work too… Anything that is a professional editable codec.
