FC Text Animation is Biffed when Encoded in Compressor

As you can see, the text overlaps itself in the quicktime file. In Final Cut, it is designed to actually look better, with a bit of space between each line of text. But, when I encode it in Compressor, it does that… what gives?
It’s layers of text with keyframed font size, done in FC.

I would export from FCP as a self contained Quicktime, then use Compressor to do whatever you want using that file.
