  • Favourite Filters Folder?

Posted by Simon Bisset on January 12, 2011 at 12:34 pm

    Hello,
Is there a simple way of setting up a folder in the “Effects & Presets” where I can keep a set of filters I use all the time?
I am not having much joy in Bridge trying to work this out, but assume there must be a simple solution to this?

    Thanks,
    Simon

Drop all your common effects/presets (copy them, don’t just move them) into a folder and put it in the preset or plugin folder for AE. The location should be similar to:

    C:/Program Files/Adobe/After Effects/Support Files/Presets

Search the Plugin and Preset folders, as well as the Cycore folder, for stock effects.
