fav Trackball to avoid carpal tunnel/wrist strains

Thanks for all the awesome replies. Now… any suggestions for the keyboard hand? Moving back and forth across the keyboard, contorting and twisting to hit keys has that arm/wrist in the most pain currently. Any suggestions there?
