    Fastest render settings?

    I have to render a one hour project from After Effects for the music mixing, it does not have to be good quality at all, but it has to be done ASAP, the fastest possible. What format/codec/settings should I use to get the fastest output in AME?

    Sorry for being buggy, but the deadline is today, and I need the file for the music guys ASAP. Can someone please help me? I’ll be extremely appreciative!
