fast forward effect
hello, i wonder if anybody knows how to simulate a motion blur effect like fast forward in ae 6.5. is there any effect or i must work with motion blur in composition and layers? thanks

Are you saying that you want to speed footage up to make it look like it’s moving faster with motion blur? Creative use of echo in the time filters might work. Or possibly CC Wide Time, or even force motion blur…
