Fantastic Plastic FAQs
Just a quick note to say that I was looking for some contacts in Huntsville for a friend, and had a chance to revisit Todd Terry’s Fantastic Plastic website.
I have to hand it to you, Todd. I think your FAQ page is an excellent example of leading the customer. In unassuming language, it demonstrates your company’s creativity and good design sense and – most importantly – lets your potential customers know in plain language that you are there for them.
It’s a good object lesson for all of us.
