Falling Feather Conundrum
I need to simulate a falling feather. I’m planning/experimenting using a softbody plane with an alpha channelled texture on it. The catch is, the feather needs to land on its tip. Any suggestions on how I might tackle this? I’ve attached a mockup of the final position (ignore the weird product position smudge). The client also provided a video of how they’d like to have the feather falling.
As usual I’m busy googling/experimenting & RTFMing, but any pointers would be very gratefully appreciated! I can provide more detail if useful : )
