Fading text title from left to right
I just like to know how to do a directional fading with titles in Premiere Pro CS6.

The fade could be done with a wipe transition that has quite a bit of feathering on it. From the example, it looks like it was done in After Effects using a variation on one of the text animation presets, then sent over to PPro with an alpha channel.
