Fade to 75% black
I know how to fade to black by grabbing the end of a clip, but how do you get a fade to say 75% (or any other percentage) black so that the clip is still visible but much darker?

Insert a composite envelope on that track, then it’s just like tweaking volume – double click to create pivot points and drag down to reduce opacity.
By pointing at any node you will get a read out of what percentage the composite level is.
