Hello, I’m working on Da Vinci studio 18.6 professional version. I was precisely trying to replace one face with another on a character by following the surface tracking process. It works perfectly but unfortunately when the character moves his face the mask does not match the face targert worse it does not stick to his movement… Why…. have already searched through many online tutto but no one answers my request which is to maintain the new face on the old and follows his movement as his mold. Please could you be of some help. Thank you Elie

Resolve isn’t really optimized for the task you are trying to achieve. Look into Mocha Pro’s Power Mesh tool. Mocha Pro is available as a standalone application or as a plugin for Resolve and Fusion.

Thank you Alan, I watched the video below your answer. That’s great , yet I already got this result with the da vinci as if the charachter don’t move his head from left to right the mask fits the face perfectly with indeed some adjustements done. Still my problem is when the head is moving over all directions.
