F900 Camera ID question
No one on the CML list seemed to know the answer to this question, so I’ll pose it here.
Does the Camera ID which one can set up in the Maintainance Menu ever show up superimposed over the bars like the Varicam or even the Sony DigiBeta cameras? I cannot see this ID which I enter on this menu, and can’t find a software or hardware switch to make it show over bars. If it doesn’t appear, then why is it in the menu in the first place?

I’ll test mine tomorrow. My DSRs do it, but they were a lot less money. I think that the more you spend, the less you get. Try to find a Sony HD camera with a lens light built into the viewfinder housing.
They’re just like Harleys. Everybody copies them, but why?
