F355 vs F350, pls advise.

There are more differences between the F350 and F355 than dual layer disc.

The F355 will have a faster transition between live and play, will have SDSDI output, DVCAM mode will also have the over/under, interval record functions, and memory card slot will accept Memory Stick Duo. I believe it will also get the new low noise mode announced with the F335 a few days ago.
