Extract video from Proxy file?
I had a major problem this morning where I lost all of my project files but was able to recover everything minus what seems to be 1 AVI file.
I have the proxy sfap0 file. Is there a way to extract video from it or is it strictly audio?

That’s an audio proxy. No video in there.
