External video not allowed
For some reason, I cannot actuate the external video command on FCP7. I’ll do the pull down menu, punch “view all frames” then when I release it, it defaults back to “none”. I’ve tried opening a new project, etc., but it still “won’t stick”.
Any suggestions?

I am not using a card. It’s an iMac. I’m using an AJA T-tap with Thunderbolt.

With a combination of your NLE and AJA Control panel. Choose the correct settings and you’ll be up and running.

I said “IO Device/Card.” The T-TAP is an IO device. 🙂
OK then. Did you choose an AJA VIDEO OUT setting? Or Easy Setup?
