External Storage solutions
hi all,
wondering if anyone has had good luck with the GRAID 2, 2 TB external harddrive. I’ve read that it’s a fast harddrive for video editing (with FCP) but since it’s a RAID 0, not necessarily the best as a backup solution. I want something that is fast and reliable.

What kind of video formats are you editing with? Uncompressed HD? DV? That is the primary detail as drives come in many speeds and sizes. A “best fit” can be derived if you tell us what kind of video you edit with most often.
