External Mic not playing back in playback or in Preview window in Premiere CS5
Hi,
When I plug an external mic (wireless lav) into my HVX200a, I can hear the audio fine in my headphones both in standby and while recording. But, when I go to playback the clip, I can only hear the camera mic in my headphones.
When I import the clips into Premiere, I once again can only hear the camera mic when I preview the clip. It isn’t until I drop the clip into the timeline that my external mic audio comes back to life. I know that the camera mic and external audio are on separate audio tracks, how can I get to hear all the tracks all the time, or at least the ones I really wanna hear?Thanks.

You failed to mention your audio setup on the camera…
What channel is the wireless fed into?
What format are you shooting b/c some Always record 4 Channels of audio.
Which channel is selected when monitoring during the shoot?How many channels of audio do you have when ingested?
