External compositing issues cinema 4d
Hi,
I am fairly experienced but I am having some pretty major issues with the external compositing in After Effects/Cinema 4D.
I have a robot flying around and the tag for the robot is coming in nicely. But he has some jet packs on his back and I need their 3D data in After effects.
Everytime I add a tag to the jetpack the compositing tag comes in simply centred on the robot position instead of his jetpack exhaust hole. This issue is across multiple files.
I do have a camera parented to a null as well but this doesn’t seem to be the issue as the robot info is coming in fine.
This I fairly urgent (yeah yeah I know).
Is there anyone who can help? I’ve tried using nulls, removing parenting and all sorts.

Do the nulls childed to the jet packs have a external comp tag on then in c4d?
