    Im trying to extend a clip so i can time remap it but it wont let me my comp is like 1 minute and the footage is 6 seconds anyone know why its not working?

    Apply time remapping (Ctrl+Alt+T) to the footage layer first. You can then extend it as much as you want.

    Miguel – you can’t extend the layer until AFTER you time remap. Once remapping is applied, then you can extend it, but only to the duration of the comp. So if your comp is 10 seconds, you won’t be able to make you’re clip any longer than 10 seconds.
