  • Extend .3ds Animation in Photoshop

    Hello,

For the record, I know next to nothing about 3D animation (3D Max, Blender, etc.), but I found some .3ds models online that I’d like to use in my movie. I found that I can animate them in Photoshop and export as a .mov for use in After Effects.

Here’s the question, some of the .3ds animations are too short. Is there a way to extend them in Photoshop so I can have more time to manipulate the movements? I downloaded a 3D Max trial and managed to extend them there, but when I export as a .3DS file, I lose all the textures in Photoshop…

I hope this makes sense and someone can help.

    Thanks a lot.
