In PPro, is there any way to change your output settings to display a specific frame size and frame rate for external monitoring? Or is this like an auto thing, that needs to be set while setting the sequence settings. With FCP, you could select a specific fps and frame size to use as your output even if it did not match your sequence settings.

I’m using a BMD Decklink Studio 2 connected to FSI BM210 via HD-SD SDI.

My sequence settings are 720p29.97 (I’m only using 29.97 because this is how the footage was shot). BMD output settings in PPro only offer 59.94. As mentioned above, in FCP with a sequence of 29.97, I could still select a BM codec at 59.94 for display and it would simply duplicate each frame to give me 59.94. Can you not specify this in PPro? If not, what is a work around? Would I have to copy and paste everything into a 59.94 sequence to get this to display.

OSX 10.7.5 with a 3.39 Ghz Intel Core i7 on a built up Hackintosh
16 GB of RAM with OSX on SSD, (2) internal HDDs RAID’d 1 for project files and External RAID 5 for all project assets (media, GFX, stills, etc.)
