I know that this may not be the proper place in the forum to ask this question, but I was wondering if expressions could be used in Premier Pro cc 2017. Their is a stopwatch on some of the control effects?

    Unless someone corrects me…No.

But you can use expressions in After Effects and by using dynamic link or Essential Graphics that’s in CC 2017.2, you can trigger expressions in premiere.

Working with 8 stations, I have to use that a lot so that I can swap logos and colours mainly for example, but I also use it to save huge amounts of time in Premiere.

Sorry for the probably useless explanation, but you may want to consider this as an option if you know the basics of After Effects.
