expression question
First, I was hoping to get an expression for looping a layer that is a precomp.
However, thinking it a little futher, the precomp is 2 seconds. Applying the
expression won’t extend the length of the layer for the 30 seconds needed.The workaround wouid be to render the precomp, import it and loop it in
interpret footage.I’m wondering if there is an alternative to rendering or time remapping.

You could open the precomp and make it 30 secs. in length and add an expression to the individual layers in that precomp so they loop.

Thanks, I’d really appreciate it if you could give me an expression for looping 3d rotation keyframes on the x axis.

My expression skills are weak but try loopOut(style=”cycle”) after alt/option clicking on the x-axis stopwatch.

sounds like you want to enable timeremapping on the precomp layer and add the loopOut(type=”cycle”) expression to the timeremap
