  Express Pro not Launching

  I moved my media off my primary drive leaving it completely empty, but when I start express pro I get this error: (Assertion Failed: False File\coresw\ame\msmdb\localvolume.c,line, 1283). I tried creating a new omfi folder but avid won’t launch. I have all media offline so I would not think that it would be a corrupt video file. I also deleted the 2 database files withing the omfi folder and relaunched with no luck. Any suggestions
