There are lots of ways to do this, Cylinder Creator Lite (you may have it, it came with AE6.5 I think), expressions from Dan Ebberts, Mylenium and jjGifford, but I think the easiest and quickest is an AE Enchancers project, “Distribute layers in shape of sphere”. The Cow doesn’t seem to like references to the afore-mentioned so you need to Google “AE Enchncers” and go to the Expression page.
When you open it up you see a glorious sphere, save the first 14 layers of “Bleu roi moyen uni 1” (yikes, I think it’s French), then select the null, “E” reveals the expression control sliders, and change “Angle” to 25.7 (that puts your 14 pics in a circle. Now”P” on the Null and the Camera, then link the Camera’s position to the null’s position, by Alt Clicking the Camera Position stopwatch, the pickwhip (the @ looking thingie) to the Null Position, and you Camera Position expression becomes:
thisComp.layer(“Nul 1”).position
Now you camera is looking from the center of the circle, outward. Rotate the null (the blue layers are parented to it) and they will pass nicely in front of the camera.
Now just swap in you 14 pics for the 14 blue layers, by Alt Dragging them from the project window onto a selected blue layer.
Adjust the Radius “rayon” (viva la France) to get the spread you want, and set the oval masks in each layer to No Mask or delete them.
That should do it.
