exposure on a AVI
Hi guys. I posted a few hours ago about getting a 32bit AVI output. Ok I have it. Now, I ran into this problem. Basically, I want to output 32bit AVI so that If I needed to do any exposure work, I woudn’t have to work with the HDRI sequence. Now, I have the AVI 32bit but when I bring it back to AE and apply an exposure, it becomes flat as does a 8bit image. Does anyone have any clue?

Some of this info has changed a little since CS3, but make sure you are doing all of the correct steps for a 32-bit workflow within AE. I should also add that most AE effects are not up to the task of preserving over-bright info.
