  • Exporting with Compressor and Chapter Markers

    Hi,

I have always exported my projects as a Final Cut/QuickTime Movie. But after some sort of problem I have not been able to locate, I have to export using Compressor or I will get terrible interlacing over and section where there is quick movement.

But I do not see an option to export with the Chapter Markers. Instead I have to export with Compressor and QT. Import both assets, add the QT asset to a track to get the markers, then delete the video and replace it with the Compressor compressed movie.

I don’t really like using compressor because I have to wait 6 hours before simulating the DVD.

Is there a was I can specify that the Chapter markers be including when using Compressor, or can I just export the markers to add later?

    Regards

    Phillip

Export as before… i.e. use file/export/QuickTime… and include the chapter markers from a pop up menu in the dialog box you’ll see… then open Compressor and import that file… the chp. markers will be included.
