Exporting vs Render Que
Posted by Steve Montgomery on May 2, 2008 at 7:34 amWhich one should I use after I have finished my project. Are there reasons for using one over the other? Thank you

May 2, 2008 at 2:06 pmalso, if you have cs3, multiple processors and have enabled the ‘render mulitple frames simultaneously’ option in the ae’s prefs, the render queue will take full advantage of those multiple processors, exporting doesn’t seem to….
but the main advantage is the added settings you have, and the ability to save the settings you use often. i’m pretty sure aharaon rabinowitz did an tutorial on rendering and the benefits of the render queue, and an overview of render settings and output module settings… click on his face on the ae forum page and search for ‘render’ or ‘render queue’.
