  • Exporting to Tape from Premier Pro 2.0 – Problem.

    Hi,

I’m trying to export a short film from Premiere Pro 2.0 to tape to create a master copy of it. I have done this before with no problems using the same camera – just a little Panasonic NV-GS180. However this time there appears to be an issue, in that, when I try to export it, I get the dialog box giving me the option to start Device Control etc. When I click the ‘Record’ button, there appears to be some action, however, after a short time, I get a ‘Recording successful’ message, but nothing appears to have happened and there is no playback or movement from the camera. Any pointers as to what may be causing this and how to remedy it would be much appreciated, as I have everything set up the way it was when I successfully exported last time and can’t for the life of me see what may be causing this issue!

Possibly a camera menu setting for “DV-In”.

Thanks, Mike. I’ve checked all of the menus and there is nothing there for DV settings. It’s bizarre that this has worked perfectly before but is refusing to this time…
