    Exporting to .FLM

    Can some one please tell me how to export to Adobe filmstrip (.FLM) using After Effects 7.0 Pro?
    I go to export and the export options do not contain Filmstrip or FLM

    Please help!

    Don’t export, render. Use the render queue by selecting composition>make movie, or composition>add to render queue. Select “filmstrip” in the Output Module as the format.
