  exporting swf errors

  I’ve imported an illustrator file to AE and animated it. When I export it to SWF (with Ignore unsupported features), it only shows SOME of my layers. For some reason some of my Illustrator files are not supported. I get a ‘set alpha’ error and a ‘separation color space’ error on various layers. What do these erors mean and how do I fix them?
