Using the Export function, I get an error message that reads, “The source and output audio channels are not compatible or a conversion does not exist”

I’ve tried a number of different settings but to no avail.

I wish to upload this to Vimeo. It is an HD 1080i sequence.

    thanks

Problem solved. The sequence must be sent to the queue in the adobe media encoder first

    Hi Mark,

Good to know. Just last week, I was attending my daughter’s cello recital and she handed me her pocket still camera to shoot video of her performance. We got home and put the 320×240 mpeg video into CS5 and I thought the audio could be better, so I jumped to SoundBooth to remove hiss, then round-tripped back to Premiere. When I tried to export for the web, I got the message you saw, first time in my life!

Didn’t know what to do, so just went back to original audio and exported fine then

    Thanks
