I’m trying to export footage shot in SD that’s 26:59 long to upload to a site (not YouTube or Vimeo) as a .mov file. I was wondering what would be the best settings? I go to different websites and they all say something different. I have clear animations/titles that I made in After Effects that appear blurry once it was in my Final Cut Timeline. The original footage is 853×480 and I’m trying to preserve quality and make the size as small as possible. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

On the Youtube site they have recommended settings for video compressions.
I think they have a 10 min. limit. I could be wrong.
