1) Animation vs ProRes 4444
I would export a DPX 10-bit full range image sequence. If you need to re-edit any portion in FCP then also export a second ProRes file in whatever flavor your project is currently in. I assume the goal in Resolve is to online all your RED footage; in this case these VFX image sequences would just replace the original RED footage.
I don’t suggest exporting uncompressed from After Effects. If you don’t know what you’re doing then you’ll run into a lot of uncompressed video formats that are 8-bit 4:2:2 color when you could have stuck to DPX at 10-bit 4:4:4
2) Millions vs. Trillions of Colors
Trillions of Colors or, if you need alpha then Trillions of Colors+
Millions of colors is 8-bit, Trillions is 16-bit (truncated down to 10-bit for many high quality export formats), and floating point is 32-bit (used mostly for OpenEXR image sequences).
3) Straight vs. Premultiplied
This only comes into play if your file has alpha (transparency). Since this is a finished VFX shot, you shouldn’t have any transparent spots in your image (once elements and plate are combined) so this setting means nothing in practice.
