What I miss here is the possibility to export ONE file referencing MANY. Would be nice to reference the whole timeline…

Yes, including any rendered parts of the timeline so a complete export is possible.

FCPX will never have Reference Movie export until AV Foundation supports it. If you want it please ask Apple for it…
