  Exporting Quicktime from Premiere Pro 2.0 questions…

  Hello everyone,
  Athlon Dual 2.6 4 GB RAM
  I am needing to export a 30 minute sequence every week to quicktime from Premiere Pro for the web designer. I have found though that the built in encoder starts losing sync at 6 minutes exactly no matter what settings I use default or otherwise. Has anyone had this issue and if so is there a way to fix it, or is it a built in problem to force an upgrade? (Windows compression works fine…) If an upgrade is needed is there a PC based solution that can handle this professionally for a decent price? I need the most bang for the buck.
