I use quicktime conversion to export my FCP files to a quicktime movie. I use this to email a preview spot to clients.
The only program all our clients have is windows media player. I have been using the medium broadband setting (H.264) to export and then using allok mov converter (codec msmpeg4v2) to change from .mov to .wmv. At that step my audio always gets off from video – Any suggestions of a better way to do this?

Use Flip4Mac to export your material directly to WMV from the FCP timeline.

    All the best,

The way that I have always done it was to export as a self contained quicktime and then loaded it into cleaner6. Then export NTSC windows media file. Never had any sync issues.
