    hi

ok i have premiere pro and AE 6.0.. ive opened the premiere file in AE but when i export from AE the quality of the video isnt as good as it is when i exported from premiere… why is this?

is it my AE project settings, my composite settings?.. ive tried bumping everything up to the max and ive tried different changing compression settings but it still exports at quite a low quality.

should my composite have the same settings/dimensions etc.. that it has in premiere?

hope this is clear enough, thanks!

Don’t export your footage from AE! Use the Render Queue, it’s much more powerful and has many more options.
