exporting qt…black screen
Whats going on here? I want to make a simple quicktime video from fcp, I’m exporting my sequence using a variety of quicktime codecs, and when I test the qts I’m getting nothing but a black screen. (audio’s fine, fyi).
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Is the green light on the video tracks in the sequence turned on? If not a black screen results.

Yes, track lights are all on. I’m having no trouble exporting as a fcp movie, but I’m getting no image when I export as a qt. Doesn’t matter which codec I use, and I’ve tested with several different standard sequence presets. Could it be a qt pro issue?

MIght be QT Pro, but try trashing your preference files for FCP before you go and reinstall QT…
