  Exporting QT HQ, but the resolution size changes…

  Hi, I am trying to export a 23 min HQ project. Its somewhere around 36 GB and we’ve had issues all throughout the process. It is 29.97 drop frame.

  I’ve never had this before, but when exporting it to a QT movie (not conversion option) and use all current settings, I then check the Quicktime Movie Inspector when its done to see the specs. No matter what I seem to do, it says the normal size is 1920×1080, but everytime I export it shows Current Size as something smaller, and random. None of my three exports have been the same.

  My sequence is set for Apple ProRes 422 HQ and it exports that way, its just that darn “current size” reading that is not sitting well with me. We’re are taking this in for a BluRay.

  Any advice, I am fairly new to this and this project has become quite the learning experience.
