  exporting .psd file from After Effects issue

  In after effects, I created new comps set to the size of my images (5760×3840) for several different images. I then masked them out, touched them up, etc. Next I Saved all my frames as>Set it to PSD, and keep all other settings the same, and render them out. After doing this with all of my images, most of them came out as they should, but a couple of them rendered out much smaller at 1440×960. Any ideas what could be causing this? Thanks!
