Hello, I am trying to export from CS6, I am trying to export a DVD file, then quicktime, in any case is taking forever, when I see 1% progress, cs6 is telling me is going to take 140 hours to finish, is this normal?

I am mixing an avi file and a dvcpro HD file, I am adding neat video noise reduction, the export is tow hours long

I have an intel Imac from 2009

    Best regards

Not a power house by any means.

What is your sequence? A DVCPROHD? 1080?

I am adding neat video noise reduction
This will add to it for sure.

    How long is the video?

[Francisco Bech Gómez] ” I am adding neat video noise reduction”

This will increase your render time dramatically.

Agreed, the Denoise plug-in takes a seriously long time to render, even on a new computer. Does the entire video NEED denoising, or could you maybe apply that selectively to only clips that need it?

I have a first-generation Core i7-2600 PC and use Red Giant Denoiser II, and a 30 minute 1080i clip takes roughly 15 hours. Can cut that down to 3-4 hours using the serious dual-processor 12-core graphics monster computer at the shop, but you are talking 2 hours of video so quadruple even my best numbers!
