Exporting OMF files with Premiere Pro CS4
Does anybody have success stories about outputting OMF files from Adobe Premiere CS4? I have a 38 minute section of a feature film that I tried to export without success. The process would freeze before completion. I have now broken it down into separate tracks with some success, but then I tried to output a track with a lot of cuts on it without success. I have gone back in and checker-boarded the track into two tracks, reducing the complexity of the tracks. When that failed, I took those tracks and checker-boarded them, so I now have four tracks. Premiere still stalls a little way into the process. I am using a new, as of October, Intel Quad-core i7 processor PC with a GeForce GT 220 video card. Any suggestions other than suicide?
