    Hey guys,

I’m sure there is a simple answer to this question – how do you export several sequences as a quicktime movie whilst maintaining the order of the sequences? do you just command click the sequences in the browser and then go to file, export?

    Cheers, Andy

Which version? Current version you can compile sequences based on their name or number on export. Pervious versions you’d have to lay the sequences end to end in a new sequence and export that.

    All the best,

    Tom

I’m using FCP6 in Studio 2, so I think you’re saying I have to create a new, master sequence, copying and pasting from all the other sequences, then export that. So, if that is the case, what is the point or advantage of using multiple in the editing process?

    Thanks, Andy

    Hi Tom,
Just putting all the sequences into the first sequence, which is the intro, and for some reason, some of the graphics, those which are carefully adjusted to fit just inside the title-safe wireframe, now goe beyond it. I’m sure there’s a setting somewhere that needs to be adjusted, but don’t know what or where it is. The film I’m using in FCP6 is anamorphic pal 16:9.

    Cheers, Andy
