Is there a way to export in a high quality mpeg format from FCP that includes the audio in the file?

Specifically I need mpeg2 4:2:0 with a constant video bitrate of 7550kbps, Open GOP IBBP with I frame distance of 15. This stuff is not a problem…I’ve figured that out using compressor. The problem is audio. I need mpeg2 layer audio with a 192Kbps bitrate at 48k.

It looks to me like compressor does not join the audio and video into one mpeg file and I don’t have the option of using mpeg2 in QuickTime. Is there something I’m missing? Do I need another program to join them? Am I just making a newbie mistake?

Thanks for the help in advance!
