    Exporting movie from AE

    Hey

    I cant figure out how to export a movie with NO BACKGROUND.

    Even though there is no background in my Composition (a spinning oval shaped logo).. How do I export it so I can bring it into Final Cut for superimposing on video?

    Please help!

    You need to render your movie with alphas.

    You can use a preset lossless with alphas.

    EXPORT –> QUICKTIME –> click SETTINGS in the MOVIE SETTINGS

    choose ANIMATION and then MILLIONS OF COLOUR+

    that includes the alpha channel….
