  Exporting issues

  Hi, I’m having some issues with playback. We’ve captured HD Cam video at 29.97, which was shot at 23.98. The Kona seems to downconvert playback to the monitor acceptably, but when we export the footage down to a 4:3 and 29.97 quicktime file, we start getting frames blended when any movement occurs in the footage. Any idea if this can be fixed?
  Ideally what we need to do is to digitize the footage shot at 23.98 in HDcam, edit it, and transfer to 29.97 quicktime files which we can then import into other software. Any suggestions?
