  • Exporting image sequences to Quicktime

    Hi,

How do I export a bunch of image sequences (in a folder) out as a Quicktime movie clip ? I’ve tried doing a batch export export by selecting the folder of the image sequences and do a batch export and then choose the Quicktime codec but it still exports the individual frames out as individual frames but in Quicktime format.

Perhaps I should try assembling the image sequences in timeline and then export the sequence instead. Will try that the next time I get my hands on the system but if there’s any other suggestion, I’d appreciate it.

    open QuickTime Player
choose File > Open Image Sequence …
navigate to the folder of images, select the first image of the sequence, and press “Open”
choose the fps setting for the movie you wish to create and press “OK”

that will open the image sequence as a movie clip … now just use File > Export to save in the desired format
